You can toss most non-hazardous waste into the dumpster, including:

• Household Junk: furniture, boxes, clothes, toys, general clutter.
• Construction Debris: drywall, wood, flooring, tile, cabinetry.
• Light Demolition Materials: siding, roofing shingles, insulation, etc.

Standard rental period is typically 7 days, but we understand that project timelines can vary. There will be an additional charge after 7 days.

Rental price is based on the following:

• Dumpster Size: Larger dumpsters will cost more due to higher capacity.
• Rental Duration: Set rental period is 7 days included in price. Longer rental durations will come with additional charges.
• Location: Pricing can vary by service area due to local disposal fees and regulations.
• Type of Materials: Heavier debris or materials that require special handling can incur additional charges
• Weight limits: Each dumpster comes with an included weight limit. Exceeding that limit will result in additional charges.
• The following are some common examples of possible additional charges.
  • Exceeding the weight limit for your dumpster.
  • Throwing in prohibited or banned materials.
  • Overfilling the dumpster above the top edge.
  • Extending your rental beyond the agreed time.
  • Blocked access that prevents delivery or pickup.
  • Damage to the dumpster.
  • Applicable local taxes or surcharges.

Dumpster permits are typically only required when placing a dumpster on public property, such as a street, easement or sidewalk. Please contact your local township office or public works department to determine exact permit requirements for your specific situation.
